Before engaging in negations with a supplier, we check it through the Corporation Search database in Mainland China, where we can see the company’s revenue, whether it owes money or not, the number of employees and other useful information which help us form a clear idea whether we are dealing with a trustworthy company.
We act as your purchasing office in China and we keep control over the supply chain process during each step.
All purchasing contracts are in Chinese and English; we guarantee that the translation is 100% accurate and that in no way and under no circumstance(s) the two version are different. Also, the contract is valid under the Chinese law. Among other details, the contract will include what currency payment will be made in, how much will be paid, when payment is due and what payment method will be used, product characteristics, quality standaCPS, lead time, agreed penalties etc.
The deposit will be between 0% and 30%. The deposit will not be paid until we give you the final ‘OK’ that the supplier is reliable and can meet your standaCPS. Then, the remaining amount of money will be paid only after we do the quality control.
