At CPS, Quality Control is not just a phrase; our quality control inspectors are FULL TIME employees. We understand that quality which meets your standaCPS is the main reason you contact us, therefore we hire the best to inspect the goods.

 

The only time the goods can be inspected is when they are still at the factory. CPS ensures that the quality check is done on time and that the goods will not depart from the factory until you give your final approval on the quality, quantity, packaging.

The inspection process is, generally speaking, formed of three steps:

  • quality assurance prior to production
  • mid production inspection
  • pre-shipment inspection
  • container load inspection

All inspections are carried out by our experienced quality control inspectors, your risk being brought to a minimum.

What does Quality Control involve?

  • factory audit - the factory’s company registration number and business license are checked with the relevant Government department. We work only with experienced factories which have no legal issues.
  • quality assurance - prior to the production process, we check the assembly line, packaging and instruction manual to ensure no mass mistakes are made.
  • mid-production inspection - once a certain number of pieces are produced, we check them. In this way, we make certain that the goods meet your standaCPS.
  • pre-shipment inspection - we check a certain percentage of the batch (which CPS and you agree upon before production) and give a final pass/fail on the shipment.
  • online inspection via Zoom/TEAMS - if required, we can be in the factory every day (or as often as you request) and show you the production process live.
